By making a purchase from this website you are entering a legally binding contract in accordance with these terms and conditions.

DESCRIPTIONS
All descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but due to the handmade nature of our products natural differences in colour, size and style are inevitable.This is what makes our products so special – no two are identical!

 POSTAGE
Providing that we have the item(s) in stock we will aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are then sent via Royal mail standard delivery and will take up to 3 working days. Next day delivery can be arranged at a cost of £6, but please call us first on (01305) 269731 to make sure the item(s) you require are in stock. If any items are out of stock we will advise how long they will take to order, and we can offer an alternative if required.

DELIVERY
All deliveries must be sent to the address at which the credit or debit card used for payment is registered.

RETURNS
We hope you will be over the moon with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, please return it to us in its original condition within 28 days of purchase and we can exchange it or will issue a refund, excluding postage and packaging. Please also advise us why you were not happy with the item so that we can try and improve things in the future. For reasons of hygiene earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the return postage and products remain the responsibility of the buyer until they are received back by us, so please get receipt of posting and ensure the returned item is well packaged.
We pride ourselves on our high quality control procedures, however in the unlikely event that the item you have purchased is faulty please return it to us within 28 days of purchase and once we have confirmed a manufacturing fault we will replace the item or issue a full refund including the postage and packaging.

CARE OF PRODUCTS
Our products are of the highest quality, but they still need a little bit of TLC to keep them looking their best. Please avoid spraying perfume on jewellery, and treat it gently to avoid damage. We recommend that you remove your jewellery before bathing, swimming or manual work (or get someone else to do the washing up for you!)

Silver jewellery does tarnish but can be restored by a gentle rub with a specialist silver cloth, and most silver items (except those with precious  stones, pearls or enamel) can also be cleaned with chemical silver dip (available from hardware shops and some supermarkets, we find the brand Goddard’s is the best!). If you have any queries please contact us and we will be happy to advise you of the best way to clean your particular items.
